Shipping & Returns Policy

All items at The Runner Depot are made to order using print-on-demand production. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Production & Shipping Times

Orders are typically produced within 2–3 business days
Shipping time is approximately 7–14 business days
If 20 days have passed since your order was placed and it hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@therunnerdepot.com so we can look into it

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

We will issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Misprints or manufacturing defects
Incorrect item, size, or color sent
Items damaged during shipping

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size, style, or color ordered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse
Slight color variations between screen and print
Normal wear and tear

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives with a defect or error:

Email hello@therunnerdepot.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

In most cases, returns are not required. Photo evidence is usually sufficient for us to issue a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

If your claim is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times vary by bank and may take several business days to appear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, an approved return may be issued as store credit.
If the order was shipped to the purchaser, any refund will be sent to the original payment method.
